CMHO’s Youth Action Committee hosted the Change the View Video Awards Ceremony together with our partner, Teachers’ Life, at Queen’s Park on May 1, 2017. The Change the View contest provides a positive outlet for youth (ages 13 - 25) to express their experiences with mental health and well-being by making short videos on how to deconstruct the stigma surrounding mental illness.

This was an exciting way to kick off Children’s Mental Health Week at Queen’s Park and we want to thank all of the youth, parents, and service providers who came out to show your support – including all of the participating youth across the province who submitted 150+ videos.
